Do I need a doctor's referral to start?
No. You can book directly. If you have an MRI, X-ray or surgeon's note, please bring or upload it during booking — it speeds up the first session.
How long is each session?
All standard sessions are 50 minutes, one-to-one. The first assessment is 60 minutes with the clinical lead and includes a written 12-week plan.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes — see the Insurance page. We work directly with AXA, Allianz Care, Bupa Arabia, Tawuniya and others. We will help you with the paperwork.
I'm visiting from Saudi Arabia. Can you coordinate everything?
Yes. The International page outlines our concierge service: hotel suggestions, airport pickup, intensive 2-week schedules, English-language paperwork.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (EGP and USD), all Egyptian and international debit/credit cards, Vodafone Cash, and bank transfer for packages over EGP 10,000.
Will I always see the same therapist?
Yes. Continuity matters; you keep the same therapist for the entire program unless you ask otherwise.
